Prices, payments & what’s not included
All prices include VAT. Paying monthly: 2-year plan is 11 payments of £37.41 and a final payment of £37.49; 3-year plan is 12 payments of £49.75. Adding a plan to your car finance is arranged through your dealer; your finance provider’s approval, interest rate and terms apply.
Not included: repairs, tyres, brake pads and discs, wiper blades, bulbs, batteries and other wear parts, and repairs needed to pass an MOT. A fixed-price plan, not a subscription: After the 14-day cooling-off period, your plan can't be cancelled and the full price remains payable. Full details

Every plan visit is carried out by an approved local garage, with parts and oil to manufacturer specification. Electric cars get an EV service instead, with battery and charging checks in place of oil and filters.

MOT
Your annual MOT test, booked with your service where possible so it’s one visit. MOTs can be booked whenever they fall due, including in your plan’s first 9 months. Free partial retest if repairs are done at the testing garage within 10 working days.
Car under 3? You get a free Safety Check instead of an MOT until one is due.
Collection & delivery
A local approved garage collects your car from home or work and brings it back, on every plan visit.
Which cars are covered?
Petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and fully electric cars under 15 years old and 100,000 miles when the plan starts. Not available for LPG or hydrogen, supercars, taxis, private hire, driving-school, hire or delivery vehicles, modified, imported or written-off cars. When can I use my plan?
Your first plan service can be booked from 9 months after your plan starts. MOTs can be booked whenever they fall due. Each service and MOT can be used up to 60 days after your plan ends.
What isn’t covered?
Plans cover servicing and MOTs only. They don’t cover repairs, tyres, brake pads, discs and other wear parts, breakdown or warranty work, or repairs to an electric car’s battery, motor or charging equipment. If the garage finds anything else, we quote it first.
Does it follow my manufacturer’s service schedule?
Our services follow a fixed CarServe checklist, which may not include every item in your manufacturer's service schedule. If your car is under manufacturer warranty, check your service book; we can quote for any extra items your schedule needs. Parts and oil are to manufacturer specification.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel within 14 days, starting the day after you buy your plan, for a full refund. If you've used an MOT in that time, we'll deduct its value. After the 14-day cooling-off period, your plan can't be cancelled and the full price remains payable. How to cancel.
