Cancel your CarServe plan

You can cancel within 14 days, starting the day after you buy your plan, for a full refund. If you've used an MOT in that time, we'll deduct its value.

How to cancel

Tell us clearly that you want to cancel. You can use any of these. You don't have to use the form below, and you don't have to give a reason.

Please include your name, your car's registration and your plan reference if you have it (it's in your plan confirmation email). We'll confirm your cancellation by email and refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used. After the 14-day cooling-off period, your plan can't be cancelled and the full price remains payable. See section 4 of our terms.

Lifetime Warranty or Hassle-Free Motoring? The same 14-day cooling-off applies. After that, the Lifetime Warranty has no minimum term, and Hassle-Free Motoring has a 12-month minimum term: see clause 7.6 of our terms.
